What is a Leader? Leadership is defined as “the action of leading a group of people or an organization.” How does Leadership affect the work atmosphere and the employees work ethic? What can you do to improve your leadership and your company overall? I will be talking about many different attributes that make a great leader and what in turn that would look like for the company. By using references from Simon Sinek, Bill Berman, George Bradt, and many more, we will be able to crack the code of Leadership and Team Culture.
